Three periods of mindfulness ceremony:

The three periods of mindfulness ceremony is one of the best practices way in the Pure Land sect of Mahayana Buddhism. This practice was advocated by the Yuan Dynasty’s Zhongfeng Patriarch中峰国师. Its primary to encourage people to attain liberation through the Mahayana Buddhism Pure Land practice of Buddha-recitation. At the same time, it also follows the power of Amitabha Buddha’s vows to guide the deceased towards rebirth in the Western Paradise, to forever depart from the vast ocean of karma and the suffering of samsara.
